What do I need to rent this Property?
Long term rental (3+ months): 2 copies of your passport and the equivalent of 3 months rent (1st month rent, 1 month security deposit, 1 month commission).
Short term rental (less than 3 months): 2 copies of your passport, 1st month rent, 1 month security deposit, non refundable administrative fee 75.000CFA.
Daily rental (less than 1 month): 1 digital copy of your passport, full cost of reservation, security deposit, taxes and fees.

What is NOT included in the rental agreement?
Tenant is responsible for paying for electricity. Long term tenants must pay for water and electricity.
What is the cleaning fee and why is it necessary?
For the safety of our guests, the cleaning fee is mandatory to ensure your linen is professionally laundered and your accommodations are thoroughly cleaned. The cost is 10.000CFA for a solo room and 30.000CFA for the entire apartment. Cleaning fees are for daily rentals.
